1. Barrel aged Tawny port old ale abv 12% ibu 20
Aged for two years in a rare Tawny port 500 liter puncheon barrel. This English old ale has Rich and complex wine-like nuances. Notes of oak up front complimented by rich caramel and jammy grapes throughout.
2. COWBELL BLONDE ALE ABV 5% IBU 15
THIS CLASSIC BLONDE ALE REALLY HITS THE SPOT FOR LIGHT BEER DRINKERS. ORIGINALLY BREWED IN THOUGHT FOR THE SACRAMENTO KINGS, AN ODE TO THE 2000'S PLAYOFF SERIES AGAINST THE LAKERS. THIS BEER IS LIGHT, WITH BREADY ALMOST BISCUIT FLAVOR. WITH A SLIGHT MALTY NOSE, DEFINITELY A FAVORITE FOR PEOPLE JOINING THE CRAFT BEER MOVEMENT.

Made with Amarillo, Cascade and Centennial hops. Creates a light-bodied, tropical, bright flavor. Added with a light hoppy flavor to bring it all together. C
4. Joyrider West Coast IPA ABV 7% IBU 55
Our Flagship IPA coming in at 7% ABV. This is a classic west coast IPA that has been with us since the beginning. Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo. This IPA gives you flavors of pine and tropical notes. With a slight bit of bitterness true to the west coast style. c

6. mounds of joy pastry stout ABV 11.5% IBU 15
Inspired by one of our favorite candy bars... Almond Joy! This behemoth of a stout has the viscosity of motor oil, the flavor of a candy bar, and is sweet enough to qualify as a desert! This brew maxed out our mash tun not only once, but two times to extract enough sugar for one batch. Once all the liquid was collected into the kettle from our mash tun we decided to let it boil for over 5 hours! Once fermented, we aged it on toasted coconut, almonds, and cocoa nibs.

West Coast DIPA in collaboration with, Frank Hannon, the guitarist/songwriter from the band Tesla! c

Ruby Red Grapefruit puree fresh in every batch! Refreshing yet rich with big West Coast hoppiness. Huge and Awesome! C
9. FOUR ROSES BOURBON BARREL AGED OLD ALE ABV 15% IBU 20
AGED FOR TWO YEARS IN OUR FOUR ROSES BOURBON BARREL THIS OLD ALE BOASTS BOURBON, CHERRY, VANILLA, AND CARAMEL NOTES UP FRONT, WHILE A SUBTLE RAISIN CHARACTER COMPLIMENTS THE FINISH WITH A NICE WARMING SENSATION THROUGHOUT. VERY SMOOTH AND FULL BODIED WITHOUT BEING OVERLY SWEET. B
10. caramel apple pop kettle sour ABV 7.5% IBU 20
Remember those caramel apple pop suckers? We do, and we love them, so why not make a beer to match! This kettle sour was Co-Fermented with a fresh apple juice blend sourced straight from the Pacific Northwest and blended to perfection with ghiradelli caramel. No suckers were hurt in the making of this beer...C
11. Oktoberfest Marzen ABV 5.9% IBU 20
Traditional German Style lager that has been around for a very long time. Full of peanut brittle like malty goodness driven from the german Munich and Vienna malts. Subtle sweetness upfront that finishes clean making this brew surprisingly drinkable as a Marzen should! Mass amounts of these brews are consumed this time of year for good reason. Celebrate the changing of the seasons with an Oktoberfest!

*All barrel aged bottles are hand dipped in wax and cellar worthy. Save a few in a cool dark place to try them at a later date. We like to try ours every 6 months or so.
